  • 2 pounds chicken thighs

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
