Tzatziki Chicken Salad

A light and refreshing Tzatziki Chicken Salad that’s perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cucumber, red onion, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shredded chicken to the bowl and mix well until everything is coated in the dressing.
