  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 package rice paper wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft, about 10 seconds.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a few basil leaves on each wrapper and roll tightly.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry rolls until golden brown.
  6. Serve with dipping sauce.
