  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves

  • 1 package rice paper wraps
  • 1 cup vermicelli noodles, cooked

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, Thai basil, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, and sugar.
  2. Soak the rice paper wraps in warm water until soft, then lay them flat on a clean surface.
  3. Add a portion of the beef mixture and some vermicelli noodles to each wrap, then fold and roll tightly.
