- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
