Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pierce the sweet potatoes with a fork and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until tender.
  4. While the potatoes are baking, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  5. Once the bacon is done, chop it into small pieces.
  6. When the sweet potatoes are ready, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  7. Slice the sweet potatoes open and drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  8. Top each sweet potato with the chopped turkey bacon before serving.
