  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, pineapple chunks, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot and pour the sauce mixture over the top.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
