- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces imitation crab, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 sheets nori, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon furikake
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then cook it with 2 1/2 cups of water according to package instructions.
- In a small bowl, mix together rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Stir this mixture into the cooked rice and let it cool slightly.
- In another bowl, combine the imitation crab, mayonnaise, sriracha, and sesame oil.
- Spread the sushi rice evenly in a baking dish and top with the crab mixture.
- Sprinkle the nori strips and green onions on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until heated through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with furikake before serving.
