- 1 spaghetti squash
- 1 pound spicy Italian sausage
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half and remove the seeds.
- Brush the insides with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place cut side down on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes until tender.
- In a skillet, cook the spicy Italian sausage until browned.
- Add broccoli florets and cook until tender.
- Scrape the cooked spaghetti squash strands and mix with the sausage and broccoli.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and combine well.
- Fill the spaghetti squash halves with the mixture.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.

- Feel free to add additional spices to taste.
