Stuffed Salmon With Spinach & Feta

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and spinach, cooking until spinach is wilted.
