  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, matcha powder, sugar, melted butter, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough and spread chopped strawberries evenly over it.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a baking dish and let rise again for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden.
