- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- In a bowl, mix together honey, lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Place the chicken in a large ziplock bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
