  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken wings in the flour mixture, then dip in cornstarch.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes per batch.
  5. In a saucepan, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil.
