- 12 large pasta shells
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the ricotta mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Spread marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
