  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1.5 cups jasmine rice
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs in maple syrup, soy sauce, and chili powder for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through.
