Ingredients

4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
Instructions
In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk and let it sit for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
Add melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir until combined.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread with brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Roll up the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
Place rolls in a baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
While baking, prepare the frosting and spread over warm cinnamon rolls.
Notes
For extra flavor, add some vanilla to the frosting.
