- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast; let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil; knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface.
