  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 teaspoons cream of tartar

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Mix together the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt; gradually blend into the creamed mixture.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar.
  6. Shape dough into balls and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
