  • 2 tablespoons flour

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then brown them in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove the chicken and set aside. Add onion and garlic to the skillet; sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually add chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and paprika. Stir until the sauce is thickened.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and let simmer for 25-30 minutes.
