Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 cups long-grain rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken thighs and brown on both sides.
  2. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add onion and garlic, sautéing until soft.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth, mixing well.
  4. Add rice to the mixture, followed by the browned chicken.
  5. Cover and simmer on low heat until rice is cooked and chicken is tender.
