Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 250°F (121°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on the smoker grate and smoke for about 1 hour, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
