  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables around the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. In the last 30 minutes, mix cornstarch and water, add to the slow cooker, and stir.
