  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, spices, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and yogurt until well combined.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the slow cooker and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  4. Once done, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it back into the juices.
