  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package pre-made pie crusts

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
  2. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Thirty minutes before serving, roll out the pie crust and place it over the top of the filling.
  5. Cook until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
