  • 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, grated
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, and tomato puree.
  2. Stir in the garam masala, sugar, and salt. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the butter and heavy cream.
