  • 4 cups beef broth

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In the slow cooker, combine the beef, potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic.
  2. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
