  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Season the brisket with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the brisket on all sides.
  3. In the slow cooker, combine the sliced onion, garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Place the seared brisket in the slow cooker and cover.
