- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp dill pickle juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, crumbled turkey bacon, chicken ham, dill pickles, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, dill pickle juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir to combine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, omit the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or celery for added crunch.
