  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pitas
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup herby ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts and toss to coat.
  3. Arrange chicken on a sheet pan and roast for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
  5. Warm the pitas in the oven for a few minutes.
  6. Assemble pitas with sliced chicken, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and drizzle with herby ranch dressing.
