  • 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pitas
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken and coat well.
  3. Spread the chicken on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Warm the pitas in the oven for the last few minutes of cooking.
  5. Once the chicken is done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Slice the chicken and fill each pita with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and tzatziki sauce.
