Sheet Pan Chicken Pitas

A delicious and easy dinner option featuring chicken and fresh vegetables in warm pitas.

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup red onion, sliced
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture on a sheet pan with the bell peppers and onion.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Warm the pita bread and fill each with the roasted chicken and veggies.
  6. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce before serving.
