  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Place the salmon in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  5. Remove the salmon and set aside.
  6. Add the heavy cream and lemon juice to the skillet, stirring well.

  8. Add parsley and mix.
  9. Serve the salmon topped with the sauce.
