Rotisserie Chicken Casserole

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheese, peas, carrots, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and golden on top.
