  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cube the butternut squash.
  3. In a bowl, toss the squash with olive oil, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Spread the squash on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Add cranberries and pecans and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
