Rattlesnake Pasta

A spicy and flavorful dish featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for pasta lovers.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken ham and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine and toss to coat. Stir in parmesan, crumbled turkey bacon, salt, and black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with extra parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add more red pepper flakes.
  • Substitute bacon with turkey sausage for a different flavor.
