Raspberry Tiramisu

A delicious and easy-to-make Raspberry Tiramisu that will delight your taste buds.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger into the brewed coffee briefly, then place them in a serving dish.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Layer half of the raspberries on top of the mascarpone.
  7. Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients.
  8. Dust the top with cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use freshly brewed espresso instead of regular coffee.
  • Let the tiramisu chill for at least 4 hours before serving to enhance the flavors.
