  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat milk and butter until warm (not hot).
  3. Add the warm milk mixture and egg to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 5 minutes.
  5. Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread raspberries on top.
  6. Roll up the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  7. Place slices in a greased baking dish and let rise until doubled in size.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly, then drizzle with a mixture of powdered sugar and milk.
