Pumpkin Protein Cinnamon Rolls

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, almond flour, protein powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add almond milk gradually until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough out into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon and a drizzle of maple syrup on the rolled-out dough.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  7. Place slices on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Let cool before serving.
