  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, 2 eggs, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
  5. Add in the powdered sugar gradually, mixing until combined.
  6. Spread the pumpkin mixture over the cake layer in the pan.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is set but still has a gooey texture.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
