  • 1 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast, let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, pumpkin puree, sugar, salt, and spices to the mixture.
  3. Gradually add flour and knead the dough until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar, then roll it up.
  6. Cut into rolls and place in a greased baking dish.
  7. Let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
