Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
