Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vegetable oil.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture until combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before cutting into bars.
