  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, oils, and sugars until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
