- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Add the applesauce, honey, and milk. Mix until a dough forms.
