Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the applesauce, honey, and milk. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and shape it into a rectangle.
  5. Spread a thin layer of applesauce and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  7. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
