  • 1 cup pretzel crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pretzel crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Wrap each chicken breast with turkey bacon.
  4. Coat the chicken in the pretzel mixture, pressing to adhere.
  5. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
