- 9 sheets lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 8 ounces turkey bacon
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer lasagna noodles, ricotta mixture, turkey bacon, ground turkey, and mozzarella.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with marinara and mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before slicing.
- For extra flavor, add more spices to the ricotta mixture.
