  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Spread some marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, turkey and bacon, and mozzarella cheese; repeat layers.
  7. Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
  • Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
