Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water, bringing to a boil, then letting them sit for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Drain the water and let the eggs cool, then peel and chop them.
  3. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Add the chopped eggs, celery, and green onions to the bowl and mix gently.
