- 1 pound beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
