  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy; remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cooked turkey bacon, sautéed vegetables, breadcrumbs, cheese, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Mix well and shape into a loaf.
  6. Place the meatloaf in a baking dish and bake for 1 hour.
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
